Keeping faith with the familiar phrase “If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life,” my gratitude for my successes in photography has continually kept me pursuing it as a career path.
Since my earliest memories as a child, I’d ask for disposable cameras in lieu of typical toys and wander around the neighborhood taking photos of anything and everything… Animals, trees, the sky, cars, people, (they were usually terrible) but I could hardly wait to get the developed photos back after running through a roll of film.
Currently, my creativity is sparked the most through projects involving people as the main subject. One of the best feelings in the world is seeing someone’s face light up after they look at a photograph you took of them.
I also dabble in the sometimes dangerous but enticing nature of capturing the beauty of strange places like abandoned buildings and dingy alleyways of urban dwellings.
Additionally, I’m very lucky to be surrounded by a group of friends who are creatives and entrepreneurs. Seeing them live their dreams is incredibly inspiring for me and pushes me to continue to grow and learn as much as I possibly can.
